Home Page
The Home Page is the centerpiece of your website and the first page accessed by visitors. Each MDMate Website Home Page consists primarily of an introduction to your website and your practice or organization. The name and logo of the practice or organization will appear along with the address, telephone numbers and a brief practice description. Navigation buttons or text will make it easy for your clients to navigate your website. This page and all subsequent pages will be graphically and colorfully designed to match your personality or preference.

Contact Us Page
The Contact Us Page contains an on online form that visitors complete to request additional information about your practice. Information is sent directly and securely to your e-mail account. This page also includes address, phone number, and central email address.

Hours & Map Page
The Hours & Map Page provides your clients and visitors with a list of:
· Practice office hours & telephone numbers.
· On-call hours & locations.
· Off-hours contact information.
· A map to your location

Your MDMate website provides an on-screen map to your facilities. The map includes an interactive link where visitors are able to increase or decrease the detail level and receive driving directions to your location. Maps and driving directions are printable.

The Hours & Maps Page is a tremendous time-saver for both clients and staff. New clients phoning into the office needing directions can easily be directed to your website.

Physician Profile Page
Physicians in the practice are provided with their own Physician Profile Page, which details the professional and personal biography of the practitioner.

Items that can be included are:
· Professional credentials and licensing information.
· Hospital admitting privileges and on-call hours.
· Educational background, internship and residency training.
· Board certifications and professional memberships.
· Memberships and professional affiliations.
· Specialty experience and credentialing.
· Professional achievements, awards & discoveries.
· Any philosophies to which the physician subscribes.
· A biography of the practitioner including personal information if desired.
· Personal information with a professional portrait and a photograph of the physician at work may be included. Photographs are generally recommended.

Note -- Important information regarding customer-supplied photography: Your website will look most effective when it includes photography of your staff, facilities and equipment. In order for it to look its best we recommend that you use a professional photographer to take these pictures. MDMate uses high-resolution scanners and appropriate software when adapting photos for the web. Image services are available to correct photographs or remove unwanted items in a picture.

Practice Details Page
This page provides a detailed description of your practice or organization. Use this page to explain the organization's history, its mission and an overview of services. List your specialties, procedures, treatments, surgery, techniques, facilities and equipment.
Practice Details Page is one of the best pages to enhance with photography or illustrations.

Procedures Page
The Procedures Page provides information on the medical procedures and treatments that your practice offers. Descriptions of each procedure with links to additional information sources are provided for visitors. Links to Before and After Care instructions can be included here for your most common procedures.

Staff Directory Page
The Staff Directory Page provides a helpful list of your organization's staff members.
· The names, titles and departments of staff members.
· Telephone numbers & extensions, e-mail addresses.
· Scheduled availability (hours)
· Areas of responsibility.

Visitors use the Staff Directory to identify which individuals to speak with when scheduling appointments, addressing billing questions, following up test results, etc. Pharmacists and other medical associates will know whom to contact for clarification on prescriptions and other concerns.

Staff Profiles Page
The Staff Profiles Page is more detailed than the staff directory page and is used in either of two ways, or as a combination of both:

1. Group Profile - Provides an overall description of the organization's or a department's personnel including a group photograph of staff members.
2. Individual Staff Biographies - Depending upon the size of your organization, Individual Staff Biographies may be listed instead of a Group Profile.
3. Combinations - A combination of the above. Example: An associate with paramedical training might have an Individual Staff Profile; departments and other associates might be included within a Group Profile.

Insurance & Payment Page
The Insurance & Payment Page provides visitors with information regarding the Insurance Plans with whom you participate. The types of payment accepted are also listed here.

The page can include graphical logos of the insurers (if available) and links to insurers' websites.

Policies Page
Explains the practice's policies including billing and co-payment, insurance acceptance, new-client acceptance, cancellations, telephone calls, referral policies, credit cards, financing, etc.

FAQ's Page (Frequently Asked Questions)
Use the FAQ's Page to provide answers to the most common questions about your procedures and treatments. This is one of the most effective methods of presenting information and helps to reduce the anxieties that many clients experience when considering
a new or unfamiliar procedure.

Links to Before and After Care instructions can also be included here for your most common procedures.

Events Page
Use this page to provide a calendar of upcoming scheduled events that is of interest to your visitors and clients. Listed events can include items such as blood drives, clinical inoculations, community service meetings, awareness seminars, conferences, seasonal holiday events, etc.

Affiliations Page
The Affiliations Page lists and describes any healthcare systems, hospitals, clinical, and professional associations with which your organization is affiliated. MDMate will link the organizations listed on this page to their respective websites.

Articles & Writings Page
Writings and published articles by individuals within your organization may be posted on this page. Photographs or illustrations within each article and the publication's masthead will be accommodated if possible - just provide camera-ready art. Writings must be provided in a standard text format and submitted on disk or by e-mail. Additional charges apply for photo or illustration scans, an extensive number of submissions and articles that are not submitted in electronic form.

Before & After Examples / Case Studies Page
This page is used to provide examples of 'Before & After' results of medical treatments and procedures or detailed case studies of clients, treatments, pharmaceuticals, surgery, techniques, etc. Information on the Before & After / Case Studies Page can be linked to research centers, universities, support groups, pharmaceutical companies and other websites enabling visitors to obtain additional information directly from this page. Additional charges may apply for photo or illustration scans, an extensive number of case studies and submissions that are not submitted in electronic form.

Other - Untitled Page
This page is used if you wish to provide additional information or discussions concerning procedures, surgeries, techniques, illustrations or any other subject matter.

News Page - Subscription Services
MDMate can keep your website up-to-date with healthcare news, information and links affecting your specialty with our optional Subscriber Services. The service helps build repetitive site traffic and enhances client relationships by providing visitors with the latest developments in research, pharmaceuticals, and general healthcare information.

Terms of Use / Liability Disclaimer Page
This page provides a legal statement regarding the terms of use of your website. Included among other important liability limitations is a specific statement advising visitors that the information provided on your website is not to be used as a substitute for medical advice.
Legal advisors have reviewed the Terms of Use / Liability Disclaimer and it is similar to those used by hospitals and national research organizations.

Online Client Forms Page
MDMate also offers Online Client Forms to streamline office procedures and reduce paperwork for clients. Available forms include Client Registration, Client Medical History and Primary & Secondary Insurance Information. Clients no longer need to complete these forms in your waiting room. Other custom forms can be added to your website.

Online Appointment Page
This is the most useful time and money saving aspect of your MDMate website. Clients can easily log on and make an appointment. Your staff can easily use this important interactive tool to make all appointments instead of using a paper book. Health Care Providers can log on from home for example and check to see how busy their "tomorrow" is going to be, and block out appointment times that are not taken yet, or make other changes as they wish. Web-Based Email Page
The web-based email page makes it so that you don't need to use a mail client to check your website email. DrJones@DrJones.com email for example can be checked from going to this page within your website. This page is usually an internal office page and does not have a link to it anywhere within the website but is easy to remember such as mail.drjones.com and can be easily bookmarked from your favorite browser.

Online Newsletter Page
The online Newsletter page is where the doctor or his staff can post messages daily, weekly or however often they like. News such as staff changes, additional services offered or whatever else can be maintained on this page as easily as using common word processing software most people are familiar with.

E-commerce Page (coming soon)
Not usually for MD's, this page is well suited for Chiropractors, massage therapists, herbalists and other specialties that sell products. Up to 12 products per page.

Online Payment Page (coming soon)
The online payment page integrates with the e-commerce page or can be a stand-alone for client monthly payments, or other payments not taken care of at the time of the visit.
