We believe in automation and have created many automatic processes to send email based on time and user events. For example, appointment reminders are automatically sent out to clients prior to their appointment. When lab results have been entered into the system, we can send an automatic notice to the user. Other automated emails are sent including birthday email greetings, pre and post visit instructions, check up reminders, new client greetings, new practice information, and other customizable emails.

Using the latest in 1024 bit encryption technology we secure client information and allow the client to grant that information to you or hospitals or other service providers. We are HIPPA compliant with information so as you move forward with new systems your data is already compliant.

We place many medical forms online for the user to download and fill out. By having a New Client Form and a Medical History Form online, a client can show up for their first appointment with the form pre-filled and ready to meet with you. This allows you to stay on target for scheduled clients.

We provide Prescription Request forms online as well so your busy office staff does not have to answer phone requests for this information. Your staff will get the client information as well as their request and can then review their medical records and either contact the client for more information, or forward the request to their pharmacy. Then an automatic email can be sent letting the client know that the request is approved.
