How much does a website from MDMate cost?
Each MDMate website includes a certain number of primary web pages.
Start-Up Fees cover the design and implementation costs for these
pages. The number of pages in your website has a direct relation
to the amount of required storage space on our servers and the data
transfer speed of our telecommunications equipment. Therefore, monthly
hosting fees are priced in accordance with each pricing level.
We do offer several pricing levels depending on your needs. Call

How much does it cost to add more pages
at a later date?
You just pay the difference between the pricing level you are currently
on and the one you want to move to. Call

Does it cost extra to register my domain
name?
We handle the registration of your domain name for you and the price
is included in your pricing level. Since we register so many websites,
we get volume discounts and are able to pass the savings on to you.

What methods of payment do you accept?
MDMate accepts company checks drawn on US banks and credit unions.
We also accept all major credit cards including: MasterCard, Visa,
Discover, and American Express.
MDMate has a variety of billing arrangements to suit your practice.
Choose to pay monthly, quarterly or annually. We also offer discounts
for Annual and Quarterly billing - so you can save as much as 10%.
All fees and charges are subject to the terms and conditions outlined
in your MDMate Website Development, Hosting & Maintenance Agreement.
When are fees due?
All Development Fees are payable in advance along with the first
month's Hosting & Maintenance Fees. Development Fees are refundable
for cancellation up until the start of the website's development.
Hosting & Maintenance Fees are billed a minimum of one (1) month
in advance for services according to the selected Billing Schedule
-- monthly, quarterly or annually. MDMate invoices are generated
on the first day of each month and are sent via U.S. Mail or email
during the first 5 business days of the month. Payments are due
15 days from the date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% monthly
(18% annually) will be charged to accounts that are overdue 30 days
or more. MDMate reserves the right to disable Hosting Services to
accounts which are 30 days or more overdue.
Discounts on Billing Schedules are as follows:
Annual Billing: 10% discount on Hosting & Maintenance Fees
Quarterly Billing: 5 % discount on Hosting & Maintenance Fees.
Monthly Billing: NO discount on Hosting & Maintenance Fees.
Monthly Billing must be paid by credit card.
How do I contact your Technical Support
Department?
MDMate provides technical support to all customers under the terms
of your “Hosting Support Agreement”. Support questions
are handled by telephone and e-mail. Phone and Email support hours
are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. See
our Contact Us page.
You do not need to worry about you website going “down”
due to our redundant servers. But in the case there is a problem,
we will be notified immediately and we do have technical support
personnel on-call 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
