How does MDMate’s Online Scheduling Manager work?
When clients log-on to your website, they click on a link which takes them to your appointment screen. A series of simple steps walk them through the appointment process.
As soon as a client books an appointment, a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to them followed by a reminder email at their chosen time before their scheduled appointment date. It's that simple.

MDMate uses the latest in 1024 bit encryption technology to secure client information. We are HIPPA compliant with information so as you move forward with new systems your data is already compliant.

A custom header and footer can be designed that looks similar to the other sections of your website and would include your logo. We are working on adding more customization features.

What is to stop someone from scheduling a fake appointment?
When a new client logs in for the first time, he/she is e-mailed an initial password. This means the person must give a valid e-mail address to schedule an appointment. This way, the provider is protected from false scheduling better than any system devised for telephone appointments.

How will a business know that their clients have made the right scheduling choices?
Clients can only select predetermined dates and times (as set up by the business). The business controls the time slots for all of the services, personnel, and resources it offers.

Can MDMate’s Online Scheduling Manager serve as a scheduler for appointments that are made in the office or over the phone?
Yes, and we highly recommend that all appointments are kept in one place. Monthly, weekly, and daily schedule summaries and details can be viewed, printed and imported/exported.

Will MDMate disclose my personal and business information?

Who owns the data collected by MDMate’s Online Scheduling Manager?
You do. While we do store data for you, we will not use, reveal, distribute, sell, rent, or allow your data to be used in any way. We understand that the information in your web application is the work product of your company.

If I lose my login information or my password, how do I retrieve this information?
First, please try using our “Forgot your password” link on the login page. Make sure to provide the same e-mail address you used to register. If this doesn't work, please call or email us.

Can I sign up for a website without MDMate’s Online Scheduling Manager?
Yes. If you would like to have a website, but do not want to or are not yet ready to accept on-line appointments, you can sign up for a website only.

If I sign up for a website without MDMate’s Online Scheduling Manager, can I add on-line appointments later?
Yes. You can add on-line appointments at any time to your website.

How do I contact your Technical Support Department?
MDMate provides technical support to all clients under the terms of your “Hosting Support Agreement”. Support questions are handled by telephone and e-mail. Phone and Email support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.See our Contact Us page.

You do not need to worry about you website going “down” due to our redundant servers. But in the case there is a problem, we will be notified immediately and we do have technical support personnel on-call 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
