"The Health Care
Professional's Friend
on the Internet"

We have decided to do this "About Us" page differently than most people do. We could tell you about all the programming languages our technical team knows and all the different companies our management staff has worked for, but we wanted to write something that we think matters more to you.

We know, from our own experience, what businesses really need from technology and how technology can add a competitive advantage to a business's bottom line. During the course of creating our products and services, we have developed our own standards that list the main requirements any product or service should meet if it is to be really usable by businesses and be of any real service to them. Here they are:

Low Cost: Each solution provided for businesses should be inexpensive and should not stretch their budgets significantly.

Effectiveness: The technology used should be maximized to provide the best
possible results within the product or service offered.

Efficiency: The product or service should be focused on issues that matter most
 for each individual businesses.

Measurability: After a short period of usage, the product or service should
have proven itself to being of real, measurable benefit to the business. This benefit could be measured in time savings, increased number of appointments, reduced paperwork, improved online visibility, etc., depending on the nature of the product or service.

Harmlessness: The use of the product or service should not create more
problems than it solves. This seems to be a no-brainer, but too many products out there are so difficult to use that this actually outweighs the benefits of their use.

Ease of Use: The product or service should be easy to use. On the development
side, this involves taking into account the computer skill levels of the personnel
and the customers that will be using the product or service. Learning curves should be minimal, so businesses do not spend valuable time training and adapting to the product or service.

Optimal Functionality: The product or service should provide the needed
features and nothing more. Providing ingenious but rarely used features and
options only makes the product or service sluggish, inefficient, and contradicts many other standards.

Technological Flexibility: The technology should be adapted to fit the existing workflow and real-life business processes, not vice-versa.

Usage Flexibility: All business people agree their business is unique in some aspects. The product or service should be provided with options for the business owner and its personnel to customize the product or service so it fits in their existing business model.

Independence: The product or service should not require either additional products to integrate with for maximum performance, nor mandatory purchases. The product or service should be self-sufficient in what it provides and should not be used to up sell some other products, services, and features.

We have obeyed these self-imposed guidelines in all products and services we have created, as we believe they help us stay "on track" with the real-life requirements of the people who use them. Let us know what you think about them. We keep improving and refining them so your input is valuable for us.
